Vision and Values
Your values stop being a poster nobody reads.
The problem
Your values are on a wall, and almost nobody in the building can say them out loud without looking.
What it is costing you
Every decision taken without them is taken on instinct, and every new person learns the real values by guessing.
What you get
The same ideas in the mouths of the people who run the place and the people who do the work, in a form people carry instead of reading once.
More about this one
Why it exists
Every company has values on a wall. Almost nobody in the building can say them out loud without looking. The words are usually fine. The format is the problem: a list is something you read once, and a song is something you carry.
This album takes the same ideas out of the mouths of the people who run the place and the people who do the work. Nothing is invented. If a value is not real, it does not survive the interview, and finding that out is itself worth the money.
Whose voices
The founders or the leadership team, plus staff from more than one level of the company. Six to ten voices, because ten is where each person still gets a track of their own.
Where it plays
One shape it has taken
Not a template. No two albums made here have had the same shape, the same number of tracks, or the same number of voices. This is what one of them looked like.
